Rollerbeds are auxiliary devices designed to facilitate the
rotation of workpieces during transition. They primarily come in
two forms based on their support structure: four-wheel
self-aligning and two-wheel adjustable types. Using rollerbeds can
help you integrate your welding machine into the existing material
flow, drastically reducing the use of the overhead crane during the
entire production cycle. Our self-aligning rollerbeds are designed
to rotate even the heaviest and most unwieldy cylindrical
workpieces, making welding fabrication a breeze.
The four-wheel self-aligning rollerbeds automatically adjust to
accommodate workpieces of various diameters. The two-wheel
adjustable rollerbeds, which can be bolt-adjustable or
screw-adjustable, allow for manual or electric adjustment of the
spacing between the rollers to fit different workpieces.
Additionally, adjustable fit-up types are available to meet
specific operational needs.
DIG Benefits
High structural strength
Continuously variable transmission
Efficiency: Increase the speed of material handling and
transportation, reduce manual labor and increase productivity.
Versatility: Our Self-Aligning Roller Beds are extremely flexible
solutions that allow you to position and turn cylindrical
structures of various diameters. They reduce set-up time to a
minimum and provide assistance for the handling of containers,
tubes, pipes, and other revolving objects during welding, painting,
or assembly.
Durability: Built to handle heavy loads and continuous operation
while requiring minimal maintenance. Roller beds can also be
equipped with rail cars and other accessories for efficient
production material flow.
Safety: Lower the risk of injuries associated with lifting and
moving heavy items.
