The Micropanel Welding System is a cutting-edge solution tailored for high-precision welding applications involving small, intricate components.
The system consists of two robots, a mobile device, and a welding platform;
Dual robots can achieve the function of stiffener corner welding;
Multiple workpieces can be placed on the platform, and welding program correction is convenient.
It adopts a 3D visual scanning system, which does not require programming and allows for the placement of workpieces at will. The user interface consist of a Windows based touch screen with simple choices for the daily operation. The whole system is intuitive for the operator to use.
