Our standard powder coating booth is engineered for practical operation, stable performance, and easy maintenance. The structure is designed for quick installation and efficient daily use, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial coating applications.

Modular Structure & Maintenance-Friendly Design

The booth adopts a modular construction concept, allowing fast assembly and straightforward disassembly when required. Both the internal chamber and external vestibule areas are designed with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces, helping operators maintain a clean spraying environment and reduce powder buildup during operation.

Integrated Spraying System

Each side of the booth is equipped with a balanced combination of automatic and manual spraying systems:

• Two sets of automatic spray guns per side ensure consistent and uniform coating coverage during continuous operation.

• Two additional manual spray guns per side provide flexibility for detail work, edge finishing, and complex workpieces.

• Compressed air connection points are installed on both sides for convenient and fast equipment setup.

This dual-mode configuration ensures both efficiency and precision in coating performance.

Powder Containment and Airflow Control

To maintain a clean working environment and stable coating quality, the booth includes shielding structures at both the inlet and outlet sections. These barriers effectively minimize powder escape, improve overspray control, and help maintain consistent internal airflow conditions.

Lighting and Visibility

The booth is equipped with six groups of industrial-grade “three-proof” lighting fixtures mounted on the roof. These provide a minimum illumination level of 300 lux, ensuring clear visibility across the entire working area. This improves operator accuracy and enhances overall safety during spraying operations.

Safety System

A centrally located emergency stop button is installed at the main control station. In emergency situations, operators can immediately shut down the system to ensure personnel safety and protect equipment from damage.

Customization Capability

While this standard booth configuration meets most general production requirements, we also offer fully customized designs tailored to specific process needs, workpiece sizes, and factory layouts. In addition, customers may choose to construct the external enclosure independently to match their facility conditions.
