The HTF4572-0611NH type four-tube annealing furnace is a
specialized sintering equipment for the heat treatment of metal
wires. This equipment is designed and manufactured based on the
advanced design concepts of international counterparts and the

Usage Conditions
1.The equipment must be installed indoors, with an ambient
temperature range of -15°C to 45°C. The indoor environment must be
free of flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.
2.The equipment requires a floor area of no less than 90 square
meters, with a working space length of no less than 30 meters, a
width of no less than 3 meters, and a height of no less than 3
meters. The foundation must be sturdy and level, and the total
weight of the furnace is approximately 4500kg.
3.The power supply for this furnace must be a three-phase five-wire
AC power line, 380±10%V, 50±2%Hz. This power line must be
dedicated, and large power conversion equipment such as welding
machines, electric furnaces, and metal cutting machines should not
be connected to this distribution.
4.The equipment must be reliably grounded.
