Product Overview: 

The 3051TG pressure transmitter integrates sensor, electronic technology, and single isolation diaphragm design, achieving a calibration range for gauge and absolute pressure measurement from 0.3 to 10000 psi. The working principle of the 3051T pressure transmitter: during operation, the isolation diaphragm and filling liquid on the high and low-pressure sides transmit the process pressure to the filling liquid, which then transmits the pressure to the sensing diaphragm at the center of the sensor. The sensing diaphragm of the 3051 pressure transmitter is a tensioned elastic element, whose displacement changes with the applied pressure (for the 3051GP pressure transmitter, atmospheric pressure acts on the low-pressure side of the sensing diaphragm). The 3051AP absolute pressure transmitter maintains a reference pressure on the low-pressure side. The maximum displacement of the sensing diaphragm is 0.004 inches (0.1 mm), and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. The capacitive plates on both sides detect the position of the sensing diaphragm. The difference in capacitance between the sensing diaphragm and the capacitive plates is converted into the corresponding current, voltage, or digital HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) output signal.
