Product Introduction:
This device uses the actual components of automotive central
locking and anti-theft systems as a basis, fully demonstrating the
composition structure and working process of automotive central
locking and anti-theft systems. It is suitable for teaching
theoretical knowledge and maintenance training of automotive
central locking and anti-theft systems in schools.
Functional Features:
1) The equipment uses the actual components of automotive original
central locking and anti-theft systems as a basis, fully
demonstrating the composition structure and working process of
automotive central locking and anti-theft systems.
2) By operating the key switch or door lock switch, all four doors'
locks can close or open simultaneously; when the ignition key is
turned off and the anti-theft state is set, the anti-theft system
activates, causing the alarm horn to sound, lights to flash, and
the starter motor circuit to be cut off, among other anti-theft
functions. This provides a real demonstration of the working
process of automotive central locking and anti-theft systems.
3) The instructional panel uses high-grade aluminum plastic board
that is 4mm thick, resistant to corrosion, impact, pollution, fire,
and moisture, with a surface treated by special spraying
techniques. The panel prints colorful circuit diagrams that do not
fade. Students can directly compare the circuit diagrams with the
actual components to understand and analyze the working principles
of automotive central locking and anti-theft systems.
4) The instructional panel is equipped with detection terminals,
allowing direct testing of electrical signals from various circuit
components of the automotive central locking and anti-theft system
on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency
signals.
5) Part of the instructional panel adopts a 1.5mm cold-rolled steel
sheet forming structure, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance;
the base part uses steel structure welding, with a surface treated
by spraying techniques, featuring self-locking casters. The
instructional panel base has a 40cm desktop for placing documents
and lightweight testing instruments.
6) The instructional panel operates using ordinary 220V AC power,
which is converted into 12V DC power through internal circuits,
eliminating the need for a battery and reducing charging
inconvenience. The 12V DC power has short-circuit protection.
7) It is equipped with fault insertion, evaluation, and data
acquisition systems.
