Counterbalanced Unmanned Forklift is a heavy-duty automated
handling equipment based on intelligent navigation technology. It
balances the load through built-in counterweight blocks to achieve
efficient and stable unmanned operation.Its core principle is: using multi-sensor fusion technology (lidar
+ visual camera + IMU), combining SLAM algorithm to build an
environmental map, and planning the optimal path through the
central control system; the hydraulic system drives the gantry up
and down (maximum lifting 8m), and the counterweight mechanism
automatically adjusts the center of gravity to ensure stable
handling under a load of 1-5 tons.
Main technical features:
1. Intelligent balancing system: real-time monitoring of load
distribution, automatic adjustment of counterweight motor torque,
tilt angle ≤1°;
2. Omnidirectional mobile chassis: Mecanum wheel or dual steering
wheel design to achieve ±5mm level precision docking;
3. Multi-machine collaborative scheduling: The 5G-based Fleet
management system can control 50+ forklift operations at the same
time;
4. Industrial-grade protection: IP54 protection level, stable
operation in -30℃~50℃ environment.
