Base
. Hydraulic cylinder drives the power pin to connect with the crawler frame, easy to install and disassemble. High-strength steel welded frame structure. The large chassis design significantly improves the stability of the whole machine. The central counterweight is 50t, and the front and rear counterweights are 25t each, including 2×15t central counterweight trays and 2×10t standard 10-ton counterweight blocks.

Track assembly
. Track frame: Each track frame has an independent travel drive device. The planetary gear reducer is driven by a hydraulic travel motor, and independent travel is achieved through the transmission of the drive wheel. The travel system has four speeds; 1st gear is 0.33, 2nd gear is 0.55, 3rd gear is 0.77, and 4th gear is 1; slow speed can provide sufficient traction to achieve 100% load travel; fast speed can provide faster speed to improve transfer efficiency. The travel drive can also achieve stepless speed change;
. Track plate: Produced by Sany Casting, using advanced casting technology, made of high-strength and high-wear-resistant materials. After installation on the equipment, the tension can be adjusted by a hydraulic jack, and the position of the gasket can be adjusted to achieve the ideal tension.

. Counterweight includes: central counterweight, main engine rear counterweight, superlift counterweight, the specific parameters are as follows:

Operating equipment
. All operating device pipes are made of high-strength steel pipes, plates are made of high-strength steel plates, and the pulleys on the boom head and hook are all rolled welded pulleys.
Main boom
. The boom is a space truss structure with a uniform cross-section in the middle and variable cross-sections at both ends. The steel pipes are welded, and the top and root of the boom are reinforced with steel plates, which is more conducive to load transmission;
. The length of the standard main boom is between the basic boom (24m) and the maximum length (84m), and can be increased by 6m;
. Composition: lower boom 12m × 1, transition boom 10.5m × 1, connecting section 1.5m × 1, intermediate boom 6m × 2, intermediate boom 12m × 4;
. Optional 3m main boom (for wind power conditions), 60m enhanced boom, 12m × 5;
. The extended boom is installed on the upper boom of the main boom.

Fixed jib

. The fixed jib has a variable cross-section at both ends and a space truss structure with a constant cross-section in the middle. The steel pipes are welded, and the top and root of the jib are reinforced with steel plates, which is more conducive to load transmission;

. The fixed jib is 12m long and comes with an extension arm.

Eagle beak arm

. The eagle beak arm assembly consists of 2 sections, one for the straight end and one for the angle end, both of which are made of high-strength structural steel.

Variable-length jib

. The variable-length jib has a variable cross-section at both ends and a space truss structure with a constant cross-section in the middle. The steel pipes are welded, and the top and root of the jib are reinforced with steel plates, which is more conducive to load transmission;

. The length of the variable-length jib is between 24m and 84m;
