Diesel-Powered Winch — JJC Series
Our JJC Series diesel-powered winch is a robust, durable, and
reliable piece of equipment specifically engineered for overhead
power line construction tasks, with applications ranging from tower
erection to cable tensioning operations. This series currently
offers three models to choose from: JJC-30 (09111), JJC-50 (09112),
and JJC-50D (09112D).
Each model is powered by a diesel engine—rated at 4hp, 6hp, and
7hp, respectively—and all models are capable of maintaining a
constant operating speed of 2600 rpm. The winch offers flexible
performance with adjustable pulling speeds; it delivers a maximum
pulling force of up to 50 kN, with pulling speeds ranging from 3.6
m/min to 5.2 m/min across four distinct modes: Fast, Medium, Slow,
and Reverse.
Featuring a drum core diameter of φ160 mm and compact dimensions
(ranging from 800×620×520 mm to 890×670×520 mm), this equipment
strikes a perfect balance between power output and portability,
with a total unit weight ranging from 137 kg to 182 kg. Notably,
the JJC-50D model—equipped with an enhanced 7hp engine—is highly
recommended for construction operations conducted in high-altitude
regions.
This winch has been meticulously designed and manufactured to meet
