Wire grip
In construction engineering, when laying wires and cables in
complex building structures, wire grip is like a loyal guard. It
tightly clamps the wires and cables to ensure that they will not
shift during the laying process in the building. For example, in
high-rise residential buildings, bundles of wires need to be led
from the distribution box to each room. The wire grip can neatly
fix them in the wire troughs on the wall or ceiling to prevent the
wires from being scattered due to slight shaking of the building or
collisions with people walking, thereby avoiding possible safety
hazards such as line short circuits.
In the power system, the importance of wire grip is even more
significant. Whether it is a high-voltage transmission line or a
line connection in a substation, a wire grip is needed to stabilize
the wires. On the transmission line, it can withstand the influence
of bad weather such as wind, sun, lightning and thunder, ensure the
stability of the position of the wires, and enable the strong
current to be safely and stably transmitted to distant places. In
the substation, many lines are densely intertwined, and the wire
grip allows each line to perform its duties and accurately realize
the conversion and distribution of electric energy.
In the field of industrial equipment, wire grip is also
indispensable for the line connection of various precision
instruments and equipment. It can adapt to wires of different
specifications and provide just the right clamping force, which not
only ensures the stability of the line, but also prevents the core
wire inside the wire from being damaged due to excessive clamping
force. In short, wire grip has made great contributions to ensuring
the safety and stability of the line with its reliable performance.
