Product quality control
Whole-process quality inspection: a complete whole-process quality inspection system has been
established. In the process of storage of raw materials, strict
physical properties and chemical indicators of each batch of
non-woven fabrics and absorbent materials are tested to ensure that
the quality of raw materials is up to standard. During the
production process, the dimensional accuracy, thickness uniformity,
bonding strength and other key quality indicators of the gasket are
monitored in real time through high-precision sensors and visual
inspection systems. Once a quality problem is found, the equipment
automatically stops and alarms, and timely adjustments are made to
ensure that each piece of padding meets high quality standards.
Strict implementation of hygiene standards: In view of the direct contact of underwear liners with private
parts of the human body, the production line has extremely high
hygiene standards. The production workshop adopts a completely
closed dust-free design and is equipped with a high efficiency air
purification system to circulate and filter the workshop air to
remove dust, microorganisms and other pollutants. Regular deep
cleaning and disinfection of production equipment, operators need
to go through strict disinfection procedures before entering the
workshop, from the production environment and personnel operations
and other aspects to ensure the health and safety of products.
