The conveyor belt is made of various materials, such as rubber, PVC, PU, etc., which can be selected according to different working environments and material characteristics.

Bilateral working table:

 usually made of metal material or high quality plywood, the surface can be pasted with fireproof board, anti-static rubber skin, and so on. The worktable can be equipped with lighting device, socket, air pipe, shelf, etc., which is convenient for employees to operate.

Working Principle

The driving roller is driven by the motor through the reducer to make the conveyor belt move, the material is fed from the feeding end, falls on the conveyor belt, and is transported to the unloading end to be discharged relying on the friction drive of the conveyor belt. During the product conveying process, the employees can sit beside the workbench to handle the products on the conveyor, realizing the synchronization of conveying and assembling.
