Structural Composition 

Conveyor Belt:

Bracket:

It is used to support the conveyor belt, roller and other parts to ensure the overall structural stability of the belt assembly line. The form and height of the support are designed according to the specific installation environment and process requirements.

Tensioning device:

 Its function is to keep the conveyor belt in proper tension to ensure that there is enough friction between the conveyor belt and the pulley to prevent the conveyor belt from slipping. Common tensioning devices are hammer type, spiral type and hydraulic type.

Sweeping device:

It is used to remove debris and dust on the conveyor belt to keep the conveyor belt clean and prevent material residue from polluting or damaging the conveyor belt and conveyed articles.

Working Principle

The working principle of the belt assembly line is to drive the driving roller to rotate through the driving device, and the friction between the driving roller and the conveyor belt makes the conveyor belt move, and the articles are placed on the conveyor belt, and are transported to the designated position with the movement of the conveyor belt.
