Products Description The tire shredder adopts dual-axis drive technology, and the
two-axis knives are staggered and interlocked. The tire is
decomposed by rolling shearing, which reduces jamming and improves
crushing stability. The moving knife and fixed knife of the tire shredder are made of SKD11 material imported from Japan, with a hardness of HRC60° or above, supporting two-sided knife replacement and repeated repairs, and a service life of more than 1,000 tons of processing capacity. The tire shredder adopts a modular knife disc design to facilitate rapid replacement of knives, and is equipped with a hydraulic forced feeding system to ensure continuous and efficient feeding of large tires. The tire shredder can process steel wire tires (including mouth wire) with a diameter of ≤2000mm, without pre-cutting or removing steel wire, and is suitable for various types such as bias tires and radial tires. The tire shredder has a processing capacity of 200-10000kg/h, and the dual-axis collaboration disperses the single-axis pressure, reduces energy consumption and extends the life of the equipment. The tire recycling system efficiently achieves automated
segregation of components like rubber, steel cords, and nylon
fibers through its PLC-controlled operation. Featuring
