Products Description

The Tire Stee Wire Shredder uses the rotation of a double shaft or a single shaft to drive the cutter to shear, tear and squeeze the material, breaking the larger-sized materials such as the tire wire clumps after cracking into smaller particles. For example, Zhongan Environmental Protection's waste tire double-shaft shredder, the power system drives the cutter shaft to drive the moving cutter rotor to rotate at a low speed, and the purpose of crushing is achieved by tearing and shearing between the cutters.

Structural composition of Tire Stee Wire Shredder:
Cutter system: It is the core component of the shredder, usually made of high-strength, wear-resistant alloy steel or tungsten steel.
