biomass raw materials (such as domestic garbage, straw, wood chips,
agricultural and forestry waste, etc.) into high-density solid fuel
blocks through mechanical compression molding process. The
equipment compresses the crushed biomass raw materials in the mold
through hydraulic or mechanical pressure to make regular block
fuel, which has the characteristics of high calorific value, full
combustion, easy storage and transportation, etc. It can replace
traditional fossil fuels and is widely used in industrial boilers,
biomass power plants and civil heating. It is an important
environmental protection equipment to realize the resource
utilization of waste. Main features of RDF briquetting machine: 1. Wide adaptability of raw materials It can process a variety of raw materials such as domestic waste, industrial solid waste (shoe and clothing scraps/leather/paper slag), agricultural and forestry waste (straw/wood chips). It supports the processing of waste-derived fuel (RPF) containing high calorific value components such as plastics and waste paper, with a calorific value of 20900-41800KJ/KG. 2. Significant environmental benefits It can achieve "harmless, reduced, and resource-based" treatment of garbage, reducing landfill and direct incineration pollution Molded fuel can replace coal, reduce SO₂ emissions, and avoid the generation of highly toxic substances such as dioxins.
The process flow of preparing RDF (waste-derived fuel) through
resource treatment of domestic garbage, waste textiles, cloth,
leather, etc.: 1. Pretreatment and transportation Waste textiles enter the processing line through a chain conveyor or a belt conveyor to achieve automatic loading. 2. Coarse crushing The material is coarsely crushed by a double-axis shredder or an industrial waste crusher to reduce the large volume of material to a size suitable for subsequent processing. 3. Sorting and purification Magnetic separation: Separate ferromagnetic metal impurities and recover metal resources. Wind separation: Use airflow to separate light combustibles (such as fabrics and plastics) from heavy impurities (such as sand and gravel). 4. Fine crushing The sorted combustibles enter the fine shredder and are further crushed into uniform particles of 50-100mm to meet the size requirements of RDF fuel. 5. Molding Some processes will add RDF molding machines to compress the crushed materials into high-density particles or fuel rods for easy transportation and storage. 6.
