Xrido waste sorting line capacity ranges from 5 to 50 tons per hour upon project request. After sorting, different fractions of pure waste are received and can be further processed for recycling.
Waste sorting plant receives municipal solid wastes generated from the city and processes them in several stages. The sorting system is at the heart of a waste recycling plant, typically consists of primary shredder or bag opener, trommel screen, magnetic separator, air separator, belt conveyor, chain conveyor, and electric control system, etc. By using a variety selection of separation machines, organics, plastics (both film and rigid), metals, RDF (refuse derived fuel), and inert materials are classified and separated out of the commingled garbage at a high efficiency. 
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our waste sorting machinery specializes in waste treatment equipment. We develop and manufacture waste recycling and sorting systems that can handle all types of waste. My system can recover metals and non-ferrous metals, plastics, waste paper,glass, organic matter, and everthing else that can generate value from waste. You can also find alternative fuels RDF/SRf/DF to convert combustible solid waste into energy, thereby realizing the recycling of resources.The recycle rate of waste is as high as 98%. Waste sorting line is the integration of high technology, first-class design, perfect configuration and excellent performance.
Full sealed mechanical type waste garbage sorting machine also named trash sorting equipment and separating machine, the raw material could be indvided into 6 kinds material after processing :
Outputs from Sorting:

◆  Plastics: recycle for reuse in lower quality requirement application;

◆  Metals: recycle for reuse;

◆  Organics: further processed into fertilizer by composting or biogas by anaerobic digestion;   

◆  Combustibles: further processed into RDF (refuse derived fuel) for energy conversion;

◆  Inert: landfilling.

Working Process of Waste Sorting Plant:
  1. Receiving and Sorting: Waste materials are delivered to the MRF, where they are unloaded and sorted to remove large items and contaminants that are not suitable for recycling.
  2. Pre-Sorting: Manual or mechanical pre-sorting is often conducted to remove bulky items, such as furniture or appliances, and hazardous materials that could damage equipment or pose safety risks.
  3. Primary Sorting: The remaining waste stream enters a sorting area where various mechanical equipment, such as conveyor belts, screens, and air classifiers, are used to separate materials based on size, shape, and density. This step helps to segregate materials like cardboard, paper, plastics, metals, and glass.
  4. Secondary Sorting: After primary sorting, further separation may occur through manual or automated processes. This can include optical sorting systems that use sensors and air jets to identify and separate different types of plastics or other materials.
  5. Processing and Baling: Once sorted, the recyclable materials are processed into bales or other compact forms for transportation to recycling facilities. This often involves shredding, compacting, or crushing materials to reduce their size and increase efficiency in handling and transportation.
  6. Residue Management: Any remaining non-recyclable materials, known as residue or residuals, are typically separated and disposed of in landfill or sent for further treatment, such as waste-to-energy processes.
  7. Quality Control: Throughout the process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure the purity and quality of the recovered materials, as contamination can reduce the value and effectiveness of recycling efforts.
