    Aeroseek anti-drone equipment manufacturing facility is a fully integrated production center designed to support large-scale, high-precision output for military, law-enforcement, and government clients. The factory covers a modern production area equipped with advanced SMT lines, automated assembly stations, RF testing chambers, and environmental reliability test systems.

   The facility is staffed by a professional engineering and manufacturing team, including experienced RF specialists, embedded-system engineers, structural designers, and trained assembly technicians. Strict quality-control procedures—spanning incoming materials inspection, multi-stage testing, and final system verification—ensure consistent performance for every product.

   With streamlined workflows and modular production lines, the factory supports stable monthly output for both standard anti-drone systems and customized solutions. All our products undergo the following quality inspections before leaving the factory:

1. Enclosure Protection Level Test

For products rated at IP6X, we follow the standards set by GB/T 4208-2017 on enclosure protection (IP code). Talcum powder is filtered using a metal square mesh sieve (wire diameter: 50 μm, mesh size: 75 μm) with a dosage of 2 kg/m³, applied no more than 20 times. No vacuum pump is used during the process. The dust test runs for 8 hours.Afterward, the sample is submerged 1 meter underwater for 30 minutes, ensuring the temperature difference between the water and the test environment does not exceed 5K.

2. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection Test

This test follows GB/T 17626.2-2018, which covers electromagnetic compatibility and electrostatic discharge (ESD) immunity. Each unit undergoes 10 discharges under both positive and negative voltages, across different voltage levels, to verify resistance to electrostatic interference.

3. Aging Test

Before shipment, each device is subjected to a 48-hour aging test, where it operates at maximum power in a sealed high-temperature aging chamber. This process ensures the product’s long-term stability and performance under extreme conditions.

4. Final Quality Inspection

We implement a rigorous and standardized inspection protocol to ensure that every product meets delivery standards. This comprehensive process guarantees product consistency, reliability, and superior performance in field applications.
