1. Precise control and smooth operation:
 
Frequency control (especially for lifting and trolley operation) is often used to achieve stepless speed change, smooth start/stop, and precise positioning, which greatly reduces the impact load on the crane and the plant, protects the cargo, and improves the comfort and efficiency of operation.
 
Optional PLC control system to achieve more complex logic control, status monitoring and fault diagnosis.
2. Perfect safety protection device:
 
Overload limiter: The core safety device monitors the load in real time, automatically cuts off the dangerous direction action and alarms when overloaded.
 
Height limiter: Prevents the hook from hitting the top (up limit) and excessive lowering (optional lowering depth limit).
 
Travel limiter: Automatically slows down and stops when the trolley and the trolley run to both ends of the track to prevent collision.
 
Anti-collision device: When multiple cranes are running in the same span, install anti-collision devices such as laser/ultrasonic/infrared to avoid collision.
 
Emergency power off switch: Set in a conspicuous position in the driver's cab and the crane.

3. Flexible control mode:
 
Cab operation: Provide the best view and operating environment, especially suitable for large span, high altitude or complex working conditions. The cab usually moves with the trolley.
 
Ground operation: Operate on the ground through the remote control or follow-up button box, the operator's field of view is closer to the goods, flexible and convenient, saving labor costs (no need for the driver to climb). Frequency conversion control makes ground operation positioning equally accurate.
 
Two modes can be switched: Many cranes are designed to switch between cab and ground operation.
4. Higher installation requirements:
 
The dead weight is very large (usually tens of tons or even hundreds of tons), and the load-bearing structure (columns, columns) and track foundation of the plant are extremely high. Track installation must be accurate (gauge, horizontality, straightness).
