Electromagnetic vibration drive: The spiral track and directional

screws without manual intervention.
Non-destructive conveying: The track adopts flexible materials or
buffer structures to avoid scratches on the surface of screws,
which is suitable for precision hardware.
High precision and high stability
Error control: The counting accuracy reaches ±0.5%, and the optical
fiber sensor or light curtain technology is used to ensure the
accuracy of the packaging quantity.
Stable sorting: Supports special-shaped screws with a
length-to-diameter ratio > 3, and the vibration frequency and
amplitude can be adjusted to meet the needs of different
specifications.
Packaging form: three-side sealing or back sealing bag making,
supporting composite film, PE film and other materials, and the bag
making size can be adjusted (such as 20-120mm long and 50-85mm
wide).
Speed and efficiency: The packaging speed of a single plate can
reach 30-70 bags/minute, and multi-plate equipment (such as
eight-plate models) can simultaneously process screws of various
specifications, increasing production capacity by 3-5 times.
