Fully automatic powder packaging machine is an efficient and

Working principle
Automatic feeding: The powder material is conveyed to the metering
device by a screw conveyor or a vibrating feeder.
Precise metering: Screw metering, volumetric metering or weighing
metering are used to ensure that the weight error of each bag is
small (usually within ±1%).
Filling and sealing: The material is automatically filled into the
packaging film, and the sealing is completed by heat sealing or
ultrasonic sealing technology, supporting a variety of bag types
such as three-side sealing, four-side sealing, and back sealing.
Intelligent control: PLC control system with touch screen
operation, can preset parameters (such as packaging weight, speed,
bag length, etc.) and monitor production status in real time.
