All raw materials and components (sensors, PCBs, enclosures) are checked for compliance with design specifications.Sensor calibration certificates and performance benchmarks are verified for authenticity and consistency.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Assembly lines follow ISO-certified procedures with real-time quality checkpoints.Each monitor is individually calibrated in a controlled environment using traceable reference standards.

3. Final Quality Inspection (FQC)
