KY900E Series Industrial Air Compressor Dedicated Variable
Frequency Drive The industrial air compressor frequency converter developed by our
company is a frequency conversion speed control device designed
specifically for air compressors. By adjusting the motor speed, it
achieves stable air supply pressure, energy saving and consumption
reduction, and extends equipment life. It is the core control
equipment of modern industrial compressed air systems. Technical Principles - Variable Frequency Speed Regulation Technology
Principle: By adjusting the input frequency of the motor, the speed
can be infinitely adjusted. For example, when the gas consumption
decreases, the frequency converter reduces the motor speed to 60%
of the rated value, and the power consumption can be reduced to 36%
(power is proportional to the cube of speed). Key parameters: speed range 0-50Hz, frequency resolution 0.01Hz,
dynamic response time<50ms. - Closed Loop Control System
Pressure feedback: Real time monitoring of pipeline pressure is
achieved through pressure sensors, and the frequency converter
automatically adjusts the motor speed to maintain a constant
pressure (such as ± 0.1 bar). Control algorithm: Built in PID regulator, supporting multi machine
linkage control.
