Building Material Automatic Metal Ibr Roof/Roofing Iron Sheet Roll Forming Machine

This cold roll forming line is designed for the continuous production of trapezoidal IBR roof sheets widely used in industrial buildings, warehouses, and residential roofing systems. It works with galvanized or pre-painted steel coils with thicknesses typically ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 mm, forming pronounced rib patterns that provide dependable structural rigidity, smooth water drainage, and a clean, consistent surface finish.

The machine is built on a heavy-duty welded frame and equipped with precision-machined forming rollers to ensure stable forming performance and accurate profile dimensions during long-term operation. A PLC control system with a touchscreen interface allows operators to conveniently set panel length, production quantity, and running speed. The hydraulic cutting device performs accurate, burr-free cutting while the line runs steadily at a production speed of about 10–15 meters per minute.

This roll forming line can be tailored to meet different production requirements. The number and configuration of forming stations can be adjusted to achieve various rib depths, while the hydraulic cutting system can be adapted for different sheet lengths and material thickness ranges.

Additional options include PLC-based speed control, strengthened chain transmission, and the ability to process materials such as aluminum or galvanized steel. These flexible configurations allow the machine to produce roof panels that match specific profile designs and project requirements.
