producing multiple roofing profiles on one production line. It can
form various metal roof sheets from PPGI or galvanized coils with
thicknesses between 0.3mm and 0.7mm and coil width up to 1250mm.
The machine frame is built with 16mm solid wall plates for higher
rigidity and long-term stability. With independent roller sets on
each layer, users can switch profiles easily without changing
tools. Controlled by PLC and operated via touch screen, the line
runs smoothly at 10–15m/min with high precision and low noise. 2.
