Optical Digital RS485 COD BOD TOC Sensor >>Overview The COD sensor utilizes the UV absorption method. Building upon extensive application experience, it has undergone multiple upgrades to achieve a more compact size for easier installation and enhanced reliability. This reagent-free design eliminates pollution, offering a more economical and environmentally friendly solution. It enables continuous online water quality monitoring while automatically compensating for turbidity interference. Equipped with an automatic cleaning mechanism, it maintains excellent stability even during prolonged operation. Many water-soluble organic compounds absorb ultraviolet light. By measuring their absorption intensity at 254nm UV wavelength, this sensor effectively quantifies total organic pollutants in water.
