This machine is for the production of vertical blinds equipped with a touch screen activated computer cutting, punching, folding and welding by ultrasonic with an antomatic insertion of the hangers.

Main Features:

1. The order is entered through the computer(i.e.:length, quantity, type of fabric, etc..)

2. A wide range of options is avaliable for memorizing the working data of each type of fabric(sealing time, cooling time, sealing pressure and with or without welding tape)

3. The machine will automatically set up according to the characteristics of the fabric being processed.

4. A special programmer for slope blinds is also available. The computer will calculate the different drops for slope blinds by simply inputting the minimum and maximum drop and the number of blinds to be processed.

5. An auto diagnostic system visualized graphically on the monitor allows to detect anomalies of any kind.

6. A special device applies, whenever necessary,  a special tape on the blinds for allowing also uncoated fabric to be welded and preventing from any possible fraying on the punched and cut part.

7. Adjustable autocentering guide rails ensure perfect centring of the fabric.

8. The fabric roll holding shaft has pneumatic inflating rubber grippers, an electromagnetic braking system and an anti-static device.

9. The machine is able to process 63mm/89mm/127mm width of fabric

10. Minimum blind's length 220mm

11. Maximum blind's length is 3300mm. By means of a special programme, it is possible to reach the length of 3900mm.

12. The drop of the slat is obtained by a moving arm operated by a brushless motor and numerically controlled that unloads the blind according to a presetstep.
