Definition & Composition made from silicone vinyl or silione inks, designed to be applied to fabrics using heat pressure to transfer. The feature a raised, three-dimensional texture(call 3D), offering both visual and tactile looking. Decals and logo mostly designed by customer to make the transfers. Application Process Design Creation: Silicone is molded or laser cutting into custom shapes or logos. We have more than 20 colors available in 0.3mm, 0.5mm and 1mm. Or screen printing in max 8 colors. Heat Application: Using a heat press or iron, the transfer is bonded to the fabric at specific temperatures 160°C above for for 15–20 seconds. Pressure: Ensures adhesion, especially for thicker silicone layers by 4-5 kg.
