Production Line: This production line is mainly used for manufacturing raw materials for UPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) pipe fittings, with the core equipment being a PVC granulator (twin-screw extrusion granulation unit). UPVC pipe fittings feature corrosion resistance, high strength, flame retardancy and other properties, and are widely used in building drainage, chemical pipelines, water supply systems and other fields. The production line converts PVC resin and additives into uniform particles through processes such as mixing, plasticizing, extrusion and granulation, which is convenient for subsequent injection molding or extrusion of pipe fittings.Meanwhile, we also have production lines for other home building products.
