We cooperate with experienced mold manufacturers. By simply providing a sample or drawing, our technical team can quickly evaluate and offer accurate pricing and solutions for OEM plastic parts.

We operate a comprehensive and efficient production line that covers plastic parts, fiberglass components, and metal structures for various truck models:

Injection Molding
We have 2 large injection molding machines for producing big parts like bumpers, grilles, fender flares, and mudguards.
8 smaller machines are dedicated to making headlamp covers, trim parts, and other precision components.

Fiberglass Component Manufacturing
Some bumpers and panels are made with FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic), offering excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and durability for demanding environments.

Metal Part Processing
Our hydraulic press is used for shaping steel bumpers and panels, while the pipe bending machine forms mirror rods and mounting brackets.

Assembly & Testing
A team of 10 skilled workers handles headlight assembly and testing, ensuring each light works perfectly and meets quality standards.

Painting Support
We work with professional paint facilities that match OEM colors, guaranteeing no color difference and long-lasting surface quality.

We have a dedicated Quality Control (QC) department, responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from raw material procurement to final product delivery. Every product undergoes strict testing, including checks on electrical components, appearance, and dimensional accuracy, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. 

We focus on every detail, ensuring that each step—from raw materials to finished products—meets rigorous quality standards. We collaborate closely with professional mold manufacturers, painting factories, and testing laboratories to ensure that our products fit 100% with the original truck parts in terms of mold, appearance, and functionality. Every batch of products is thoroughly tested before leaving the factory to prevent any quality issues.

Our R&D team is composed of five engineers, all graduates in automotive engineering, with a strong academic background and practical experience in truck part design and development.

Customized Development Support
When customers provide a sample, our team performs precise measurements and modeling. All related data and drawings are submitted to professional mold manufacturers for mold creation. Our engineers closely follow the development process to ensure the mold is completed as quickly and accurately as possible.

Sample Testing & Adjustment

Once the mold is ready, our R&D team thoroughly tests the first batch of parts, checking the dimensions, fit, and appearance. If any discrepancies are found, rapid adjustments are made to meet customer expectations.

New Model Parts Development
We keep a close watch on the launch of new truck models. By purchasing the newest original vehicles, we study their exterior parts in detail and develop new products based on original factory specifications. Each new product undergoes real-vehicle installation testing to ensure 100% compatibility with the OEM parts.
