WL-PU215 is an aliphatic water-based polyurethane dispersion with high gloss and good resistance to yellowing, suitable as the main resin for surface gloss paste.

Properties

• Does not contain solvents such as N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and DMAC, and does not contain organotin
• The film is hard to form, dry and crisp, and the printing plate is flat;
• Excellent resistance to yellowing;
• Good water fastness and no loss of luster after washing;
• Good resistance to twists and turns.

Application

RW235 is recommended for textile printing applications in apparel jackets, bags, shoe uppers, and related accessories. It serves as the primary resin base for ink formulations and can be modified by blending with acrylic resins to achieve customized properties

Storage Condition

This product should be stored in a sealed manner within the temperature range of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃. Under these conditions, the product can maintain stable performance for more than 6 months. The evaporation of water causes the film to no longer disperse. Please use it as soon as possible after opening.
