WL-PU101 is an aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion characterized by ‌high solid content‌, ‌low viscosity‌, ‌high elasticity‌, and ‌excellent anti-yellowing properties‌, delivering superior wash fastness when applied to textiles.

• Soft film formation and good hand feel;
• Excellent resistance to yellowing, up to level 5;
• Good elasticity, high elongation, elongation greater than 900%;
• Good washing fastness and hydrolysis resistance greater than level 4;
• Excellent tortuosity at low temperatures, with up to 180000 cycles at room temperature and over 80000 cycles at -20 ℃ on mesh;
• Wear resistant (20 saddle canvas) for more than 300 times;

Application

Recommended for use in clothing jackets, bags, shoe uppers, and other products, it can be used as the main resin for textile printing ink and can be compounded with acrylic resin as needed.

Storage Condition

This product should be stored in a sealed manner within the temperature range of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃. Under these conditions, the product can maintain stable performance for more than 6 months. The evaporation of water causes the film to no longer disperse. Please use it as soon as possible after opening. The product is extremely sensitive to frost and cannot recover after freezing.
