Product Description
3j53 Elastic Alloy Wire Elastic Alloy
Ni42CrTi belongs to Fe - Ni - Cr - Ti is ferromagnetic
precipitation strengthening constant elastic alloy.
After solid solution treatment, plasticity is good, hardness is
low, easy to processing molding.
Solid solution or after the cold strain aging treatment,
reinforcement and good constant elastic properties.
Ni42CrTi alloy with small temperature coefficient, high mechanical
quality factor, good wave velocity uniformity,
high strength and modulus of elasticity and smaller elastic
aftereffect and lag, low linear expansion coefficient,
good processing properties and good corrosion resistance and other
excellent properties.

Application overview and special requirements | Ni42CrTi alloy finds extensive application in the aviation field.
It is predominantly employed in the fabrication of elastic
sensitive elements that endure tension, pressure, and bending
stress, as well as frequency components operating in longitudinal
moment or bending vibration modes. Illustrative examples include
various sensors demanding a constant elastic modulus (or
frequency), such as pressure sensors, signal torque components, and
the tops of screws used in surrounding structures. Moreover, this alloy can be utilized to manufacture items like film
boxes, diaphragms, shock tubes, corrugated tubes, precision
springs, wire pieces, and super mechanical filters. |
