Product positioning
The full-process precision cleaning equipment specially designed
for mobile phone camera module fixtures (glass lens fixtures, CMP
grinding fixtures, AF coating fixtures) integrates three core
modules: three-frequency ultrasonic coupling cleaning, gradient hot
air drying, and vacuum low-temperature drying, and achieves 99.95%
impurity removal rate and 0.05μm cleanliness for fingerprint
grease, abrasive particles (Al₂O₃/SiC), coating residue and other
pollutants on the surface of the fixture. The equipment is
compatible with 0.1-5kg weight fixtures, which meets the cleaning
requirements of high-precision positioning (±10μm) in the
production of camera modules, and the surface resistivity of the
fixtures is > 10^12Ω after drying, eliminating electrostatic
adsorption pollution.
Multi-mode drying system
1. Gradient hot air drying module
Segmented temperature control process
▶ Preheating section (50-60°C): 10 minutes to remove free water
from the surface to avoid deformation of the fixture due to
temperature difference (dimensional accuracy ±5μm)
▶ Constant speed section (70-80°C): The circulation speed of hot
air is 5m/s, and with the design of the diversion air duct, the
moisture content of the blind hole of the fixture (depth-diameter
ratio >8:1) is reduced to less than 0.1%.
▶ Deceleration section (60-50°C): Gradient cooling prevents
condensate from forming, and the difference between the surface
temperature and the ambient temperature is < 5°C at the end
Energy-efficient design
✔ The hot blast stove uses the PID algorithm to control the
temperature (accuracy ±1°C) and works with the waste heat recovery
device (85% efficiency) to reduce energy consumption by 40%
compared to conventional equipment
✔ Wind speed sensor (accuracy ±0.5m/s) real-time adjustment of fan
power, noise ≤ 65dB (1m from the device)
2. Vacuum low-temperature drying module
Oxygen-free drying protection
▶ The vacuum degree is ≤50mbar, and the drying temperature is
40-60°C (lower than the Tg point of the fixture plastic parts) to
prevent the aging and deformation of POM/PC material
▶ Condensation recovery efficiency>99%: spiral tube condenser
(-10°C refrigerant) Teflon coating on the inner wall of the vacuum
chamber, no watermark residue on the surface of the fixture after
drying
High insulation guarantee
✔ After drying, the surface insulation resistance of the fixture
> 10^12Ω (test voltage 500V DC), which meets the anti-static
requirements of the camera module
✔ Nitrogen replacement function (optional): dew point ≤-40°C
nitrogen purging, oxidative discoloration rate of copper-based
fixture after drying<0.1%
Fully automatic intelligent control system
1. Fixture identification and process self-adaptation
Visual scanning and positioning system
▶ Industrial camera (resolution 2 million pixels) automatically
recognizes the type of fixture (lens fixture / bracket fixture /
lamination fixture) and matches the corresponding cleaning formula
(storage capacity ≥ 200 sets)
▶ Weight sensor (accuracy ±0.1g) real-time monitoring of fixture
load, automatic adjustment of ultrasonic power and drying time
(adjustment accuracy ±5%)
2. Whole-process data traceability
SPC reports containing ultrasonic power curves, drying temperature
gradients, and cleanliness test data are generated for each batch,
and MES system API docking is supported (SEMI E10 compliant)
