Electric Hoist Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine — Intelligent Cleaning
Solution for Heavy-duty Workpieces
Equipped with an industrial-grade electric hoist, the rated load
can reach 500kg - 2000kg (higher specifications can be customized),
suitable for the vertical lifting and horizontal movement of large
workpieces such as automotive engine blocks, injection molds, and
construction machinery components.
The dual-track design of steel wire ropes/chains, combined with
anti-slip hooks and quick-locking buckles for workpiece baskets,
ensures stable and 晃动 - free hoisting, preventing collision damage
to workpieces.
With a stepless speed regulation function of 0.1 - 1.5m/min, it
supports precise low-speed alignment for placing workpieces into
the cleaning tank and high-speed operation to improve work
efficiency. Paired with limit sensors, it can automatically
identify the boundaries of the cleaning tank to prevent overload or
collisions.
Integrated with a PLC control system, it can preset 3 sets of
hoisting heights and movement paths, compatible with automated
production line docking, enabling fully unmanned operation of the
entire process from loading, cleaning to unloading.
Dual overload protection (current monitoring + mechanical brake
pads), anti-over-travel limit switches, and leakage protection
devices comply with CE/ISO safety certifications, ensuring
operational safety.
Adopting a dual-frequency combination of 28kHz low-frequency main
vibration + 80kHz high-frequency assistance (a three-frequency
configuration is optional). The low frequency (28kHz) generates a
strong cavitation effect to break down stubborn oil stains, carbon
deposits, and welding slag, while the high frequency (80kHz)
conducts fine cleaning of micro holes, blind holes, and surface
crevices, achieving integrated "rough cleaning + fine cleaning".
The ultrasonic power is adjustable from 0 - 1500W. With the
optional degassing function, it removes air from the cleaning
solution, increasing the cavitation efficiency by 30% and achieving
a cleanliness of over 99.8%.
The cleaning tank is made of thickened SUS316 stainless steel
(resistant to acid and alkali corrosion), with a volume ranging
from 100L - 1000L (special-shaped tank bodies can be customized).
The internal tank dimensions can accommodate large workpieces up to
2m in length and 800mm in diameter.
The intelligent heating system (adjustable from 1 - 3kW,
temperature 20 - 90°C), combined with PID temperature control
technology, ensures that the temperature fluctuation of the
cleaning solution is ≤ ±1°C, accelerating the dissolution of
pollutants such as grease and flux.
A standard three-stage filtration system (50μm primary filter +
20μm fine filter + activated carbon adsorption) is provided, which
can intercept impurity particles falling off during the cleaning
process in real-time, extending the service life of the cleaning
solution and reducing waste liquid discharge.
