2. Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
3. Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
4. Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
5. Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
6. Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
7. Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
8. Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
