Introduction

The TRLW series decanter centrifuge is a horizontally configured
centrifuge that enables continuous feeding and discharging
operations. The settling velocity within this centrifuge is
influenced by multiple factors, including the particle size and
shape, the density differential between the solid and liquid
phases, and the viscosity of the fluid medium. Based on varying
rotational speeds, it can be categorized into medium - speed, high
- speed, and high - speed variable - frequency drive (VFD)
centrifuges.

This centrifuge is primarily applied in the recycling of barite,
the elimination of fine solid particles sized between 2 - 7μm, and
the regulation of the density and viscosity of drilling fluids. By
performing these functions, it effectively maintains the
performance of the drilling fluid.

Specifically designed for drilling mud solids control and oilfield
waste management, our range of decanter mud centrifuges spans from
9 - inch bowl models to 22 - inch bowl models, catering to diverse
application requirements. Notably, the TRLW decanter centrifuge
features a bowl length - to - diameter ratio exceeding 3. This
design characteristic ensures optimal results in the cleaning of
drilling fluids, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness
of the solids control process.

Main Advantages of TRLW Series Decanter Centrifuge

Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
