Why POM?

• POM ( Polyoxymethylene ) is known as “super steel plastic”, is the ideal choice for precision mounting parts:
• High strength and rigidity: tensile strength ≥ 60MPa, comparable to the load-bearing capacity of metal, suitable for structural clips, gear transmission parts;
• Self-lubricating and low friction: coefficient of friction below 0.2, no additional lubrication required, suitable for frequent sliding or rotating parts;
• Chemical resistance and dimensional stability: resistant to fuel, solvents and temperature difference of -40℃~100℃, water absorption rate <0.25%, no deformation in long-term use;
• Lightweight alternative metal: density is only 1/3 of aluminum, helping customers to reduce energy consumption and costs.

For small parts, we use 50-200 tons high-speed injection molding machine with hot runner mold technology, with a daily production capacity of 200,000 pieces, supporting color/material switching.
