1756-IF4FXOF2F ALLEN BRADLEY Relay Module 1756-IF4FXOF2F is a high-speed analog combination I/O module from
the ControlLogix series under Rockwell Automation. It has four
high-speed, sub millisecond differential input channels and two
high-speed voltage or current output channels, and is compatible
with receiving various signal ranges such as ± 10V, 0 to 10V, 0 to
5V, and 0 to 20mA. It is suitable for precise acquisition and
output of analog signals in industrial automation control systems;
This module integrates over range and under range indication,
overvoltage protection (30V DC), open circuit detection (positive
full-scale reading within 1 second), and short circuit protection
(electronic current limit ≤ 21mA) functions. It supports 24V DC
overvoltage protection and current output open circuit detection
(output>0.1mA required), and achieves conversion resolution of
14 bits (± 10.5V) and 12 bits (21mA) through successive
approximation method, with a repetition accuracy of ± 1LSB. It has
a 300us update cycle and sub millisecond channel scanning
capability, and can synchronize cross module sampling to ensure
real-time and synchronous signal processing; Its analog output
adopts the leakage free R-ladder DAC conversion method, with a
resolution of 13 bits (21mA=2.8 µ A/bit) and 14 bits
(21.8V=1.3mV/bit). The output signal can be used to control
regulating valves, variable frequency drives, and other devices, or
retransmitted to indicators, recorders, and other devices. It
supports output connections with manual control instructions,
arithmetic operations, or PID controllers; In addition, the module
