1. Incoming material workflow: After receiving the inspection notice from the warehouse, check the product inspection report provided by the supplier to determine whether it meets the requirements. If qualified, sample inspection will be carried out. If unqualified, notify the quality control supervisor and return the product.

2. Production process workflow: After the raw materials are put into production, the on-site QC will conduct inspections and random inspections. If qualified, continue to the next process. If unqualified, notify the supervisor to decide to rework or scrap.

3. Shipping workflow: After receiving the shipping notice, check the product name, specifications and labels. If unqualified, reship. If qualified, archive for future reference.

4. New product development workflow: Starting from customer requirements or company plans, pre-trial production meetings, trial production tracking, new product inspection and analysis, and finally confirm the effect and save records.

5. Defective product control process: Review the defective products in purchased or outsourced products, decide to reject, rework or scrap, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and archive relevant information.

These processes help companies effectively control quality at all stages to ensure that products meet standards.

We have a certified testing laboratory at the production site. Modern testing facilities, image analysis systems

and experienced employees ensure the high level of competence at the laboratory.

The laboratory carries out traditional material tests in the field of metal materials in accordance with national

and international standards, such as:

Tensile tests, hot tensile tests
Hardness tests (e.g. HB, HV, HRC)
Microscopic purity level tests
Structure, grain size and damage assessments
