Scope of application and functions:
 

Voltage breakdown tester - mainly suitable for testing the breakdown strength and voltage resistance of solid insulation materials (such as plastics, rubber, laminates, films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, insulation paints, and other insulation materials and components) under power frequency voltage or DC voltage.

System composition:
 

Control module: This instrument is controlled by computer upper computer software and is a brand new third-generation dielectric strength testing instrument independently developed by our company. The core control system of this instrument is controlled by  PLC, and the data acquisition part is completed by  digital integration module. The communication data acquisition with the computer is completed by photoelectric isolation line, effectively solving the anti-interference problem during the test process. Voltage acquisition and current acquisition are completed by high-precision sensors.
 

Voltage regulation module: This module is mainly used for voltage regulation and can adjust the boost rate. It has high voltage zero limit and high voltage boost limit. The main hardware components include voltage regulators, motors, and other parts. The software is easy to operate and can display the boost curve and leakage current dynamic curve in real time. At the same time, the boost rate is infinitely adjustable, and the boost rate can be adjusted according to one's own needs, making the boost rate truly uniform and accurate. After breakdown, it automatically stops, records test results, displays test data, makes accurate judgments, and can save, analyze, and print test data.
High voltage module: This module mainly uses a high voltage generator to boost the voltage from low voltage at a set rate. The core components mainly consist of transformers and matching anti-interference accessories.
 

Test module: This section mainly consists of supporting test electrodes, test oil tanks, and test brackets, which can be carried out in a high-temperature testing environment according to user needs.

Software functions:
01. Software platform: WINDOWS window operation platform, intuitive interface, easy to operate
02. Curve display: During the experiment, the test curve can be dynamically displayed
03. Data export: The experimental results can be imported into an EXCEL spreadsheet
04. Experimental report: The report name can be manually set and the experimental report can be printed
05. Test method: Flexible selection of DC and AC tests can be made according to requirements
06. Test method: You can choose breakdown voltage, withstand voltage test, and gradient test according to your needs
07. Parameter setting: Different parameter values can be flexibly set according to different experimental methods and techniques
08. Sample setting: Flexible setting of sample parameters for different standards
09. Continuous operation: During the continuous operation test, the test can be directly ended in the software for a second test
10. Test status: Real time display of the current test status in the software, such as whether the test door is closed, boost indication, zero reset indication, etc
