Scope of application: It is applicable to determining the fire resistance characteristics of horizontal building components such as walls, beams, columns, floor slabs and ceilings under standard fire exposure conditions. Comply with the test requirements of standards such as GB/T9978.1-2008, ISO834-1:1999, GB/T9978.5-2008, ISO834-5:2000, GB/T9978.6-2008, and ISO834-6:2000.
Performance features: It adopts high-precision multi-position acquisition cards to
collect data from various aspects such as temperature, pressure and
flow rate of each channel. Through microcomputer analysis,
processing and control, it generates real-time reproduction of the
real information during combustion. The combustion characteristics
are determined by microcomputer analysis. The whole machine is made
of high-quality components to ensure the high-quality and
high-speed operation of the system, which is advanced. Technical parameters 1. Instrument composition: Refractory test furnace, gas flow
measurement system, temperature measurement system and pressure
measurement and control system. 2. Refractory test furnace: It is a
vertical test furnace with internal dimensions of 4.5m (length)
×3.5m (depth) ×4.25m (height). 3. Furnace structure: A steel
structure frame is adopted. The furnace wall is built with
refractory bricks in the middle of the steel structure frame. The
inner side of the furnace wall is made of high-temperature
resistant insulation material with a density greater than
1000kgpm³. The outer side is wrapped with color steel, and the
thickness of the inner lining material of the furnace is 65mm. The
temperature test temperature inside the furnace can reach up to
1250℃. |
