Technical Parameter: 1.Equipment composition: Fire resistance test horizontal furnace, combustion control section, gas section and pressure reduction system, pressure release and measurement system, flue gas emission system, sample test stand, gas flow system, temperature measurement system (furnace temperature data acquisition system, test component temperature acquisition system), exhaust valve system, and dedicated test software.Using a 16 bit high-precision data acquisition module, various data such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc. are collected from various channels. layer at 1300 ℃ and the outer layer at room temperature. From the

periphery; The fourth layer is high-temperature ceramic cotton that
can withstand temperatures up to 1700 ℃. 3.Burner:Two sets of high-pressure burners with a power of 60-80kw
are used, which have air-fuel ratio control and closed-loop control
formed by temperature feedback inside the furnace. The gas valve
and air valve can be automatically adjusted to achieve the best
combustion effect. To ensure safety, the burner selection and
components are all from well-known brands. 4.Temperature measurement system: Furnace thermocouple: The furnace adopts a wire diameter of 2.0mm
that meets the requirements of 5.5.1.1 in GB/T9978.1 and GB/T
16839.1 Four K-type nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouples,
with heat-resistant stainless steel sleeves on the outer cover,
heat-resistant materials filled in the middle, and stainless steel
tube sleeves made of rigid material Jade tube sheath, with a length
of no less than 25mm extending from the hot end of the sheath, and
a temperature resistance of 1250 ℃ or above. Back fire surface temperature measurement:There are 8 thermocouples
on the back of the sample, of which 4 are copper plate
thermocouples (welded with 0.5mm wire diameter thermocouples on the
thick side)On a round copper sheet with a diameter of 12mm and a
diameter of 0.2mm, it meets the requirements of the K-type nickel
chromium nickel silicon thermocouple specified in the standard GB/T
16839.1,Each copper sheet is equipped with a 30 * 30 * 2 (± 0.5) mm
asbestos insulation pad with a density of 900kg/m3 ± 100 kg/m3.The
thermal coefficient is 0.117-0.143W/(m.k), which meets the
requirements of 5.5.1.2 in GB/T9978.1. In addition, the outer
diameter of the other 4 positions is 1mm.High precision K-type
thermocouple, which can be buried on the back of the sample for

One handheld infrared measuring instrument is used to measure the
surface temperature of each point on the backfire surface. Furnace
temperature collection: K-type armored thermocouple is selected.
High temperature resistance above 1250 ℃; The furnace temperature
data acquisition system has real-time curve and historical curve
storage functions, as well as thermocouple open circuit and short
circuit alarm functions. Environmental temperature measurement: The
equipment is equipped with a stainless steel armored thermocouple
with an outer diameter of 3MM for testing.Verify the ambient
temperature and comply with the K-type nickel chromium nickel
silicon thermocouple specified in GB/T 16839.1. 5. Pressure measurement system: Furnace pressure measurement:
measurement range 0-100Pa; We use a French imported differential
pressure gauge, which is a T-shaped measuring probe with a
measurement accuracy of ± 0.5Pa. Equipped with overpressure
protection function, when the furnace pressure exceeds 100Pa,
execute program overpressure protection, stop gas supply, and
terminate the test; Compliant with GB/T9978.1-2008 standard; The
pressure inside the furnace is recorded every 1 minute, and the
accuracy of the recording equipment is 1 second. The data
collection rate is 3 times per second. Furnace pressure control and
data acquisition, ensuring real-time control of furnace pressure in
accordance with the requirements of various standards in Chapter 2
and the smoke exhaust system control circuit. T-shaped measuring probe: Using SUS310S high-temperature resistant
stainless steel tube, it passes through the furnace wall from
inside the furnace to outside the furnace, and the pressure inside
and outside the furnace is maintained at the same level. Pressure
transmitter: French Kaimao high-precision pressure sensor. Within 5
minutes of the start of the experiment, it is 15Pa ± 5Pa, and after
10 minutes, it is 17Pa ± 3Pa. 6. Pressure relief system: 6.1 There are smoke exhaust holes
installed on the rear side of the furnace wall, connected to the
smoke exhaust pipe, to control the pressure inside the furnace by
discharging the smoke inside the furnace. The air supply and
exhaust inside the furnace are controlled by a 0.3kw powerful fan
and a frequency converter, and the air volume is automatically
controlled by a computer program to meet the requirements of
combustion, pressure, and smoke exhaust; 6.2 Pressure release
pipeline: The section inside the furnace is made of
high-temperature resistant SUS310S stainless steel pipes with a
diameter of 300mm, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1300
℃. Use welded pipes with a wall thickness of 5mm outside the
furnace; 6.3 Pressure release power: AC220, 0.3kw high temperature
resistant high-pressure fan; 6.4 Furnace pressure control and data
acquisition, the furnace pressure can ensure real-time control by
forming a control loop with the smoke exhaust system according to
