It utilizes the hollow wall winding pipe production technology with intellectual property that enables it to create pipes ranging from Ø200~Ø2400mm. These pipes find widespread use in fields such as civil water drain and wastewater drain.

Moreover, the pipe can also be made from recycled polyethylene material, providing the following superior advantages over other types of drainage pipes:

2. The winding method involves winding the semi-round two side circle profile.

3. The inner PE-layer is composited with the U-type pipe in melting condition. Once spraying cooling forming takes place, they will never delaminate, being highly adhesive.

As seen from the table, our company offers six different models ranging from SMSG-800 to SMSG-4000. These models come equipped with different extruders ranging from SJ-55 to SJ-150. Depending on the model, our extruders can produce output capacities anywhere between 60kg/h to 800kg/h. Pipe diameters also vary significantly, and it is possible to produce pipes with diameters ranging from 200mm to 4000mm. Additionally, our production speeds range from 2m/h to 0.1m/h depending on the model, and the installed power ranges from 180kw to 600kw.

Our top of the line model, SMSG-4000, comes with a high installed power of 600kw and is capable of producing pipes with diameters as large as 2400mm to 4000mm. This model also has a significantly lower production speed of 0.1m/h compared to other models. Whereas, SMSG-1600 is ideal for production of pipes with diameters ranging from 800mm to 1600mm at relatively high production speeds of 1m/h to 6m/h. Our models offer great flexibility and variety, ensuring that we have an option suited to your specific needs.
