Product Description

The ground screw mainly consists of three parts: hot-forged pipe body, spiral sheet and connecting flange plate. The spiral sheet and flange plate are welded on the pipe body and then undergo overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment.

Installation process

The ground screws are installed with dedicated tightening equipment. The main construction equipment includes three types: crawler tightening machines, electric tightening machines, and hydraulic tightening machines. Crawler tightening machines are suitable for use in large-scale projects, such as the foundation system of solar photovoltaic brackets. Electric tensioners and hydraulic tensioners can be used in single and small foundation systems, such as the foundation of bus stop signs and highway sign foundations. Here, the installation process of the electric tightening machine is mainly introduced.
Preparations before construction

Before construction and installation, it is necessary to confirm that all required preparations are complete. The specific preparations are as follows:
(1) Floor screws: Prepare the correct specifications and quantities of floor screws as per the construction requirements.
(2) Installation of equipment: According to the specifications of the ground screws to be installed and the characteristics of the soil, select an electric tensioner of the appropriate specification.
(3) Power source and connecting cables: Generator sets, sockets, cables, etc. that are matched with the electric tightening machine. In areas where it is convenient to lay wires, generator sets do not need to be prepared; only the corresponding sockets are required.
(4) Labor required for construction and installation
A set of equipment: including an Allen wrench, a tape measure, a special level, a marker pen, spare wire, thin rope, a level pipe, clips, etc.

Basic construction process
(1) According to the requirements of the construction drawings, lay out the layout, determine the installation positions of each ground screw and mark them.
(2) According to the size requirements of the drawing, check and confirm whether the position marking is correct.
(3) Carry out construction in accordance with the operation specifications of the electric tightening machine.
(4) Clear the construction site to prepare for the subsequent construction procedures.
