Electrolube FTHC is a high-thermal-conductivity paste designed for efficient heat dissipation in electronic components. It features a silicone-based formulation with low thermal resistance, ensuring optimal heat transfer between heat-generating surfaces and cooling systems. The paste operates within a wide temperature range (-50°C to +200°C) and exhibits excellent electrical insulation properties, preventing short circuits in dense circuits. Its non-corrosive nature ensures compatibility with metals, plastics, and elastomers.

FTHC addresses critical thermal management challenges in modern electronics by filling microscopic irregularities between surfaces, significantly reducing hotspot formation. Unlike traditional greases, it minimizes "pump-out" effects under thermal cycling and maintains stable viscosity under high stress.
