Customized production:

We support OEM production according to customer drawings, and provide a variety of flanges (flat welding, butt welding, socket welding, blind welding, threaded) and pipe fittings (forged, cast and butt welding), including austenitic and duplex stainless steel.

Fast delivery capability:

We have 3,000 tons of standard pipes, 500 tons of pre-forged flange blanks and 150 tons of pipe fittings in stock, which significantly shortens the delivery cycle. Standard products are usually shipped within two weeks.

SMLSCO has three professional manufacturing and warehousing facilities:

Seamless Pipe Warehouse:

The warehouse covers an area of 10,000 square meters and has a stable inventory of more than 2,200 tons, including 2,000 tons of seamless pipes (OD: 1/4" to 24", wall thickness: Sch5s to XXS) and 200 tons of seamless tubes (OD: 1/4" to 2"), ensuring that regular sizes of pipes can be shipped within two weeks.

Pipe Fitting Factory:

SMLSCO has a professional pipe fittings factory that produces forged, cast and butt-welded pipe fittings made of austenitic and duplex steels, with product specifications up to 80 inches OD and Sch160 wall thickness. The factory maintains 150 tons of finished product inventory at all times, and regular size pipe fittings can be shipped within two weeks. To ensure quality, all pipe fittings undergo spectrometer material testing, wall thickness measurement and 100% non-destructive testing before leaving the factory, and welded pipe fittings will undergo additional 100% radiographic testing. Our production process is certified to ISO, PED and NORSOK M-650 standards, and every process from raw materials to finished products is recorded in detail to achieve full product traceability.

Flange Factory:

SMLSCO's flange factory (Wenzhou Yongheng Steel) covers an area of 5,000 square meters and specializes in the production of various types of stainless steel and special alloy flanges. Our product range covers various types such as slip-on, butt welding, blind plates, etc., with sizes ranging from DN15 to DN2000 (1/2'' to 80''), and the monthly production capacity is stable at 350 tons. The factory strictly follows international standards such as ASME, DIN, JIS for production, and has passed ISO, PED and NORSOK M-650 certification. Each flange must undergo comprehensive quality tests such as non-destructive testing (NDT), PMI, dimensional inspection, etc. before leaving the factory. Relying on our own inventory, regular orders can be shipped within two weeks after 100% inspection.

ISO Certification

Our flanges and pipe fittings products have passed the strict NORSOK M-650 standard certification, which is particularly suitable for extreme working conditions such as marine engineering, oil and gas, energy, and electricity, ensuring the long-term safe operation of products under harsh conditions.

Full-Process Quality Inspection System:

• Raw Material Inspection:
  A spectrometer (PMI) is used for chemical composition analysis to ensure that the quality of raw materials meets the standards.

• Process Quality Control:
  Strict wall thickness measurement, dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, and non-destructive testing (NDT) are implemented in the production process.

• 100% Pre-shipment Inspection:

  • Seamless Pipe & Tube:
    100% eddy current inspection, surface inspection, and photographing of each pipe for archiving.

  • Welded Fittings:
    100% radiographic inspection (RT) to ensure that the welds are intact and free of defects.

  • Forged Flanges & Fittings:
    Comprehensive dimensional inspection, hardness inspection, penetration inspection, PMI material re-inspection, NDT non-destructive testing, etc., complete records and full traceability.
