The vibration test machine is equipped with a horizontal slip
table to facilitate the three-direction (X,Y,Z axias) vibration
test. The slip table increases the overall load capacity with
a small carrier (counter) mass and is capable of supporting
larger sizes and larger mass loads. The slip table adopts a joint
design and is divided into JV, JB and JT series according to the
guiding method. The multi-axial slip table can be used with any
shaker to provide the best test platform for horizontal testing.
The steel structure base designed and manufactured according to the
integrated concept provides a solid platform for the calibration of
the vibration test machine and the horizontal slip table. The slip
table design uses refined natural granite and high-quality guide
bearings to meet different application requirements. The reinforced
welded platform has good reaction quality and resistance. The
built-in vibration isolation system can reduce vibration
propagation to the ground and prevent equipment. Interference.
JB series - Hydrostatic Bearing Guide The Hydrostatic Bearing Slip Table consists of Slip Table
plate, Hydrostatic bearing, Driver Bar ,Granite plate, Slip table
base, and Independent static pressure oil source. Hydrostatic
bearings provide higher resistance to overturning and are suitable
for testing large load specimens. The more number of hydrostatic
bearings, the greater the anti-overturning moment.
JT series - Medium Pressure Bearing Guide-The medium-pressure bearing Slip table consists of Slip table
plate , Medium-pressure bearing, Driver bar, Slip Table base,
and Independent medium-pressure oil source. The medium-pressure
bearing has excellent dynamic performance, and each bearing has its
own feedback system has excellent parallel performance, assembly
process, and easy to guarantee high performance requirements
(800X800 or bigger slip table is available).
JV series - V Type Bearing Guide The V-bearing Slip Table consists of Slip table plate , V-shaped
bearings, Driver Bar , Granite Slab, Slip Table base, and built-in
oil source. Built-in oil supply pump, compact structure and easy
operation. The quantity of V-bearings depending on the size of slip
table . This V-shaped bearing has a high anti-overturning moment.
