6 Key ZIP Metal Dome Waterproof Membrane Switch With 3M Adhesive Transparent Window

Six Key ZIP Metal Dome Membrane Switch With 3M467 3M468 Adhesive

Metal Dome Membrane Switch Performance Index:

Feature:

1. high quality and low price
2. long durability and lifecycle
3. strong ability of Anti electrostatic interference performance
4. metal dome could provide good tactile
The keys of the graphic overlay are embossed, the metal dome is embedded in the circuit layer, and there is a retainer
covering the metal dome. The appearance of this kind of membrane switch is stereoscopic. When you press the keys,
there is a strong tactile feeling and the time of the keys snap-back is very short. There is no need for the operator to judge
whether the switch is turned on by the sound signal or indicator lights given by the machine.

Applications:

1. The mobile phone

Focuses on the flexible circuit board light weight and thin thickness. Can effectively save the volume of products, easy connection of the battery, microphone, and buttons and into one.

2. Computer and LCD screen

Use the one line configuration of flexible circuit boards, and thin thickness. The digital signal into the picture, through the LCD screen

3. CD player

Focuses on three dimensional assembly characteristics of flexible circuit boards and thin thickness. The huge CD to carry around

4. Disk drives

Regardless of the hard disk, or diskette, is very dependent on FPC high softness and thickness of the 0.1 mm slim, read data finish quickly. Either a PC or NOTEBOOK.

5. The latest applications

Hard disk drives (HDDS, hard disk drive) of suspended circuit (Su ensi. N cireuit) and the components of xe packaging board, etc

Competitive Advantage:

1. Beautiful appearance, rich and bright in color, design can be arbitrary, the products can fully reflect the individual style of the product itself and designer.

2. Panel can wash, good protection of durable color, characters, logos and other panel contents without injury.

3. Small size,light weight ,thin thickness,good tactility,abrasion resistant,installation and connection convenience.

4. Tightness is good ,moisture-proof,dust-proof,waterproof,anti-oil,anti-corrosion and erosion of harmful gases proof, acid and alkali proof, quakeproof.

5. Low cost, high lifespan, membrane switch's design and manufacture are using the keyboard as a whole way, whether on the material or mold charges, the costs are lowest, the life expectancy of different types of membrane switch is more than 100million times.

6. Easy to operate, intuitive, safe and reliable,In-house 100% functionally tested, components are guaranteed without any intermittent problem.

7. Customized specification is available and keys can make different shapes
