The automatic PCB splitting machine adopts high-speed NSK spindle cutting and splitting, which greatly reduces the cutting stress, has high precision, low inertia and quick response.
The software sets the segmentation function of the milling cutter, and automatically compensates for the lowering of the cutter, which prolongs the service life of the milling cutter and reduces the cost.

The milling cutter detection system uses photoelectric sensors to monitor the state of the milling cutter in real time, effectively preventing the continued operation after the cutter is broken.
The double Y-axis workbench PCB pick-and-place area is equipped with grating safety facilities to avoid manual misoperation and meet public safety requirements.

The lower dust suction adopts a sealed design, and the suction inlet adopts a 45-degree oblique angle to reduce the vortex phenomenon generated by the dust inside.
The upper dust suction structure (optional) uses an electrostatic brush to seal the cutting point, and independently vacuums the single cutting point, which greatly improves the dust collection effect.

The window operation interface is kind to switch between Chinese and English, and the icon window operation interface is simple to edit the program and can quickly complete the multi-point program.
